Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Kikoff Inc., 633 Folsom Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94107 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and (b) 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). Residents of U.S. territories, U.S. possessions, overseas military installations, and locations outside the United States are not eligible.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the immediate family members and members of the same household of each of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” means parents, children, siblings, and spouses.
You do not need to be a Kikoff or Grant Cash Advance customer to enter or to win, and entering will not affect any account you may have with Sponsor or its affiliates.
3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on September 14, 2026 at 12pm Pacific Time and ends on October 14, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://forms.gle/GT8uEQCG9FzRpGE9A, provide a valid email address, confirm your eligibility, and complete and submit the survey. Your submission constitutes one (1) entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, or through the use of any automated, scripted, robotic, macro, or other device or mechanism, are void, and Sponsor may disqualify any person it reasonably believes to have used such a method. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, or not received by Sponsor for any reason are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
Entry is free. No purchase, payment, subscription, account, download, follow, like, share, or marketing consent is required to enter or to win.
5. Prizes. Ten (10) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) $50 Visa gift card. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $50. The total ARV of all prizes is $500.
Each gift card is subject to the terms, conditions, and any restrictions imposed by its issuer. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of a prize is permitted, and no cash equivalent will be offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize, and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance or use, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
6. Winner Selection. On or about October 21, 2026, Sponsor will select ten (10) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding in all respects.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim. Each potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry, within five (5) business days after the drawing. A potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) days of the date it is sent in order to claim the prize.
A potential winner will forfeit the prize if he or she (a) does not respond within that period, (b) cannot be contacted because the notification is returned as undeliverable or is otherwise not received, (c) is found to be ineligible, or (d) declines the prize. In the event of a forfeiture, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner at random from among the remaining eligible entries, or elect not to award the prize.
Sponsor will not notify entrants who are not selected.
8. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is collected by Sponsor and handled in accordance with the Kikoff Privacy Policy, available at https://kikoff.com/privacy. Sponsor uses the email address you provide to administer the Sweepstakes and to contact you if you are selected as a winner, and uses survey responses for market research and to evaluate and improve its marketing.
Entry does not enroll you in any marketing program and does not require you to consent to receive marketing communications.
9. General Conditions. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or entrant that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicative, submitted in bad faith, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, and to void any entries affected by such conduct.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines in its sole discretion that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned, including by reason of technical failure, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or not received, or for any technical malfunction, human error, or other problem affecting the administration of the Sweepstakes or the submission of entries.
11. Platform Disclaimer. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, or YouTube. By entering, you release each of the foregoing from any and all liability arising out of this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor and not to any of these platforms.
12. Winners List. For the first names and states of residence of the winners, send a written request to Kikoff Inc., Attn: Sweepstakes Winners List, 633 Folsom Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94107, or email social@kikoff.com, to be received by December 21, 2026.
13. Governing Law and Disputes. These Official Rules and all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
